Upgrade-Friendly
The latest AMD Ryzen™ 9 5900HX can connect up to 64 GB DDR4-3200 / LPDDR4-4266 in a maximum of two memory channels. HX90 also features one M.2 2280 PCIe 3.0 SSD slot and two 2.5-inch SATA 3.0 HDD slots to meet users’ need for fast data transfer and storage expansion.
1. Memory expansion
The memory is equipped with dual channel (SODIMM slot x 2), 16GB 3200MHz RAM is pre-installed, and it can be updated to a total of 64GB (32GB each). Increase the data transmission speed by adding memory. Transmission speed is faster than single channel.
2. SSD expansion
M.2 2280 512GB PCIe SSD is pre-installed and can be replaced with a SSD of up to 2TB.
Since it is equipped with a PCIe SSD that has a faster data transmission speed than the usual SATA SSD, it can dramatically improve the startup of the personal computer and the response speed of applications.
3. Expansion of 2.5 inch SATA HDD
Equipped with a 2x 2.5 inch SATA HDD slot (SATA 3.0 6.0Gb/s compatible thickness: within 7mm/piece), you can add a large capacity hard drive at low cost and enjoy the fun of DIY. You can save your favorite movies / commemorative photos / important files without stress and without worrying about running out of space.
Liquid Metal Boosts Cooling
HX90 elevates its performance with a premium liquid metal compound directly contacting the CPU, a wide ventilation area, and a smart fan that efficiently spins up and transfers heat directly out of the CPU. The noise is only around 30 dB under a full load, ensuring that HX90 operates at maximum performance when users can hardly notice.
